Zomfy is a Quebec-based information technology company. This policy explains what information may be submitted when you communicate with us, why it is used and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

Information we may collect
When you use the project form or send an email, you may provide the project category and option, project stage, the URL of an existing website or application, features or services you are considering, an indicative budget range, desired start date and a description of the need.
You may also provide your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and consent to be contacted. Your company name is optional. Your phone number is optional unless you choose phone as your preferred contact method.
The source page, referrer, UTM source, UTM medium, UTM campaign and request creation date may be recorded separately to help Zomfy understand how you found us and follow up on your request. This information is used for qualification and follow-up only; it does not calculate a price.
The website may also generate standard technical information required for security and operation, such as an IP address, browser type, consultation date and requested pages, depending on the hosting service.
How this information is used
