Authentication, requests, data transformation and response handling.
06 · Connected systems
APIs, integrations and automation.
Connect tools, reduce duplicate entry and automate exchanges between a company’s systems.
01 · Problem solved
When the same information moves by hand.
Copy-and-paste work, intermediate files and manual follow-up slow teams down and multiply errors. An integration defines an explicit exchange between two tools, with validation, monitoring and exception handling.
02 · Who it is for
Businesses that use several systems.
- Teams re-entering clients, orders or statuses.
- SaaS products that need to communicate with external services.
- Retailers connecting a website to an operational tool.
- Organizations that need to import, export or consolidate data.
03 · Possible deliverables
What the integration can include.
Depending on the agreed scope and the capabilities of third-party systems, the project can include:
Useful event transmission between applications when a status changes.
Mapping, deduplication, retry rules and focused technical logging.
Controlled file processing or one-time data migration.
Triggering emails, tasks or updates from defined rules.
Exchange status and useful error information when operations require it.
04 · Process
Validate the systems before development.
- MapIdentify the source, destination, data and owner of each exchange.
- VerifyConfirm the documentation, access, limits and test environment of each API.
- BuildImplement a focused flow with validation and error handling.
- ObserveTest edge cases and define technical monitoring proportional to the risk.
05 · Example and proof
Products connected to several interfaces.
Zomfy’s public work shows Web products with data, administration and distinct journeys. It does not prove integration with a particular vendor: every CRM, point-of-sale or third-party connection must be validated against its real API and terms.
06 · Frequently asked questions
Before connecting systems.
Can any tool be connected?
Only when the tool provides usable access through an API, webhooks, exports or another authorized mechanism. Zomfy verifies feasibility before confirming scope.
What happens when an external service is unavailable?
The strategy can include retries, alerts or queues depending on criticality. The required resilience is defined within the scope.
Does automation replace every human check?
No. Sensitive decisions and exceptions can retain a human validation step.

Describe the data, volume and expected result. Zomfy will verify feasibility before proposing a scope.
